Our Community
Camelot is a wonderful community of 137 town homes in a convenient St. Joseph Township location. The extensive and well-landscaped grounds complement the English Tudor style homes, tennis courts, pool, and clubhouse.
We have an active Board of Directors and Committees, with the overall property nicely cared for by our own on-site Maintenance and Administrative teams.

Our mission
Or mission of the Camelot Place Homeowners Association Board is to preserve and enhance both the physical and social value of being part of our community. Physical – the Board will strive for continuous improvement of the common areas as an essential part of improving both property value and personal enjoyment for all community members. Social – the Board will maintain and enhance the rules and regulations that protect each owner’s investment and enjoyment, and will encourage opportunities for activities, events, and participation that build on sense of community.
